AIRTEST ANNOUNCES NEW APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

DELTA BC, March 22, 2012 - AirTest Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: AAT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Robert Mebruer to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Mebruer is Group Chief Executive Officer of Omni Marketing Group (OMG). The core business of OMG is providing product marketing and media services to an extensive retail network of top retailers throughout Southeast Asia including China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Mr. Mebruer holds a degree in Business from Southeastern MO. State and an MBA in International Finance from the University of Chicago. From his base in St. Louis MO he became a founding partner of OMG Group in 1994 and has been instrumental in the rapid growth of the various businesses that are conducted by the OMG Group.

Tegma Asia Pte. Ltd., one of several members of the OMG Group, has recently signed a Partner Agreement with AirTest. Tegma is an organization that is focused on introducing clean technologies to the Asian market. Utilizing the vast network of contacts built up by OMG over the past 18 years, Tegma is in an excellent position to introduce AirTest’s energy saving ventilation control systems to the Southeast Asia market.
