D.V. "My personal optimistic belief ..."

Hi HRE-Longs

Enclosed I comprised two mails to D.V. In this questionnaire I am citing David's answers to points, that were of importance to me. I do share this, because its content seems to be more constructive in this times than any offending dispute, as seen lately on this board. Don't blame me for citing instead of fully copy-paste thisdialogue's content. David sometime answers right within your document. This way it is clear to everybody.

Hello David

Would you please comment the following points for me. If there is any disclosure to it, please let me know. Thank you, David, in advance.

Yours, M.

M,

D.V. "All of the information I share with you is public knowledge, so if there is something specific you wish to ask, I will make my best effort to stay within corporate PR guidelines."

Q: The flow of Information? In times like these, one needs to have a good stomach and a reliable believe in the company, one is invested in. What we private investors lack in this times is a an opendialogue, so we can rely on knowledge rather than relying on belief. What is your point on this?

D.V. "We issued a corporate update two weeks ago outlining the status and the reason for the delay of thePFS.  We make every attempt to keep our shareholders informed with our progress and any reasons of delay."

Q: Kyrgystan: The political steps taken since the elections in Kyrgystan seem to be on the right way, too. Do you think, the new mining law will be in favor for enterprises like Stans?

D.V. "The Kyrgyz mining laws are being amended to encourage foreign investment through increased property protection,  and transparency.  These types of improvements will definitely favour enterprises such as ours."

Q: I experienced in another investment of mine (RMN), that once "Russian Money" is involved, SHV isn't anywhere near the top of the agenda. My question: Will Stans look more likely for "Russian Money" or do you prefere other (non Chinese) international partnering / JV? What is your impression?

D.V. "Stans currently has no financial partners in Russia.  VNIIHT is a government affiliated laboratory and engineering organization, is our technical advisor.  We have been approached by Russian financial institutions to finance our project, however our priority is to secure off take partners that will de-risk the project and thereby reduce our financing costs."

Q: Are we allmost there? I mean "there" at the entry-point interesting enough for JVs? "There" for all the "ducks lined up in a row"?

D.V. "We are at advanced stages of our discussions with end users.  We recently hired a consultant to assist with the financial details of negotiations (as per our corporate update 02/28).  The PFS is an element of our ‘ducks’, so we have all available resources deployed to ensure its timely and accurate completion.  We anticipate it being ready in the coming weeks."

Q: Lately, the question for the CFO quitting her job (or was Lena substituted?) came up again. This isn't taken as a good sign, it more comes across like a warning. What is the truth to this change?

D.V. "Lena, our previous CFO who was with Stans for nearly 3 years, left to explore another opportunity for herself.  That being said, her replacement Anna, is extremely qualified and has extensive experience at operational mines in Russia with highly regarded companies like Kinross and Highland River Gold.  She is an extremely valuable addition to the team.  As Stans Energy gets closer and closer to production, her skill set will enable us to truly implement efficient controls and further add to shareholder value."

D.V. "My personal optimistic belief in the firm is unchanged and in fact growing with each step in our corporate development.  I am confident that we will be the first HREE producer in the world outside of China."

Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any further questions or concerns you may have.

All the best,
David
