In the end Osisko will do what makes financial sense and is in the best interest of its shareholders. Whether internally financed or "financed by the market" they will compare the IRR of the project with their cost of capital. Not sure how you have calculated your IRR but they don't need $1600 much less $2500 to come up with an IRR that makes Hammond a go. Tax benefits alone are worth several hundred million.
