Thx Nova! All due respect to everyone, it does NO GOOD for us to complain to each other on this board, the links to the various regulatory commissions have been posted here several times with the request that you post your e- mailed complaint here as well yet I can count on one hand the number of us that have done so. Perhaps more of us have done so but see no reason to post it here. PLEASE post it on the BB, at the very least it may help others to put their thoughts into words
