Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

I should have added I am not associated with PCY or have ever met anyone involved whatsoever. I live in a country far removed from the whole thing.

I happen to like the Mongolian story, and in this case that the IMF in a separate report (if I am not mistaken) predicted at 600mw power shortfall, that these guys are stepping in to fill that void, that China derives 70-80% of their energy needs from coal as a kicker and although that ratio will drop over time the volume of sales will only increase, and better yet that these countries actually have the cash to "buy" what they need.
