From the SOC board...
There is an outside chance the Tanzania judge will say the Commissioner of Mines overstepped his authority under the Mining Act and will state that SOC indeed has a valid interest in the property held by Kigoda. To date Canaco has not filed the purchase agreement on SEDAR unlike all the other agreements with the surrounding property.
Don't you think this is a bit odd. I also heard rumour that the mining license is still registered in Kigoda's name and not Canaco's. If this is true it is another oddity.
Of course this is a remote chance and therefore a cr*p shoot. But then again aren't most venture stocks. Get your lottery ticket before the 27th.
