Please note: 9.8% yield. Two thirds an oil producer and one third butane/propane/ethane marketing business that provides a steady cash flow. Their gas is only 2% of their output. Payout ratio last year was 56%.)

NGas is onlt 2% of their output... this one is going to $7  by year end as they focus 100% e&p on light oil, plus the nice divvy.  

So no more nonsense about Natgas sinking the stock, it's pure BS
