speculating, but something WILL have to be done on the Iran nuke situation... most likely this year... possibly b4 the election as it would be political motivation... the country always rallies behind the president in a military or international crisis and would cinch Obamas reelection...

maybe something else, but sometime this year, some global event will create a big run for the sector... like clockwork... so be patient and get your 20% later in the year..  certainly the 36-37 recently...

relax and be patient...
