MONEY was the problem!!! Not the only problem, inept greedy management was also a big factor. These bozos threw the dice, expecting a huge discovery at Qara Dagh would facilitate a necessary financing for Chia drilling at a much higher sp. When QD bombed, they simply ran out of time and options. To imply they had other motives for not drilling, other than the win-win security of golden parachute contracts, has no basis. Unfortunately, it was win-win for management and lose-lose for the shareholders.
