Last year Annuals came out April 18.  An Operations Update should be reported before the Annuals.  In the meantime they raised cash near 12 month highs and can meet increased demand for drilling rigs, both special frontier rigs and conventional rigs.  Fincancing may be accompanied by more coverage.
