Is anyone attending? or Is this a done deal? Noticed the yield on PPL is 5.75% and the yield on PVE is 4.71% based on Fridays closing price. Any guesses on the share prices for PPL on Wednesdays open? 

We didnot tender or sell ...may save only a little brokerage on this takeover based on the default option! Believe 5000 PVE = 2125 PPL...will follow future postings on the PPL  BB
