RE: RE: RE: QE3

Hi YeOld,

Thank's very much for replying. I very much agree that PAA will likely not meet the April 13th deadline. The granting of a three month extension based on "extenuating circumstances" I believe will also be agreed to by Cope/Burns. I'm thinking that Cope will cede to this based on "good faith" negotiations for a takeover by PAA that may be on-going as we speak although the publicized reason supporting extenuating circumstances may be different.

I'm hoping, as you suggested, the Mining Plus resource update pushes our share price above $3.00. It would help soften the blow to PAA shareholders in regards to the premium PAA would be offering OK in a buyout.

It was posted by someone on this board that PAA has a Board meeting on March 26. Perhaps in addition to finalizing the Minefinders acquistion and other matters, discussion may be had re: OK buyout. Trading in OK should be quite interesting over the coming weeks with this and the Mining Plus results due out soon.

Good to read your posts again YeOld. Not so "oldtimers" (as in longtime OK shareholders) like myself aopreciate your insight.

GLTA longs.

Carter.
