We all know that OLE has been in discussions for a while now with several parties.  A very unlikely Wade victory would probably speed up the deal process because his administration was undoubtedly involved in the deal (being that the government would get a percentage of it) and would probably just have to sign off on it.  A very likely Sall victory (my opinion) would delay the deal by a bit because I would assume that the terms would have to be reviewed and approved by the new administration.  Being that Sall was the mining minister in the past and obviously knowing the industry would probably help.  I still say around May and no later than June for a deal.
