Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: PCY - poor share price performance - thoughts

Unlike many junior related concerns, PCY has had no steady news stream like NKL will have this summer with drilling news. When news is little and far between, and frustration and disapointment aside, investors loose interest. As such, the stock lanquishes.

March 31 is the deadline for bids where EPC's are concerned. I think this deadline ushers in a news rich environment for PCY as we are now in a position to have news of contracts awarded in addition to waiting for the PPA to be reported. Attributes of any news aside, I think investors will garnish more and more confidence in PCY of which is also something that has been lacking from the equation. When combined with expected news events out of NKL and tossing in any developments that might transpire where Ulaan Ovoo is concerned, PCY will at least become a little more exciting to own. Is so, and on that note, it sure has been a long wait.
