Interesting, innit? If the dissident petition succeeds, then it's back to another AGM.

Should the dissident slate win (and the share price has tumbled from 68 cents to 40 cents), then it's bye-bye Voyticky, Kessels and McPeak (VK&McP).

It's unlikely that the new board would rubber stamp the previous year's activities, they'd get a chance to see how the Kid repaid the $200,000-plus loan, they'd get a chance to unpeel mysterious Vicore, the VK&McP options would vanish and, if (ha, ha..IF) no present BOD incumbents got re-elected or invited back, then McClay, Ash, Bronson et al would have to convert their options or else watch them join VK&McP's in the miasma of the past.

 

Presently ex-Chairman Fu and -director Dykes ... Revenge is a dish best served cold.  May I buy you both a pair of gold-plated chopsticks and knife, fork and spoon sets?
