RE: Advice on Info On Canadian Shares ..... Stockcharts.com has a great tool: predefined stock scans. A great way to find opportunities on many exchanges. Best is Parabolic and SAR buy signals, but also ones like oversold with improving RSI, aroon cross overs, also pays to watch sell signals and over boughts for the pull back and wait for the time to buy. Also large volume increasers and again wait for pull backs. I like to see the potential on a run then wait for the pull back and buy. Use the gallery view chart to see 6 months and two years and the P&F chart all on one.
Also like to use Allpennystocks.com to find the days volume movers, gainers and loosers.
I also use bigcharts.com becuase they have the option of charting many different time frames. and you can throw a few indicators on it.
Watch out for the pump and dumps my friend, if you are into SNPK at all (you mentioned Pharma), look what happened to NSRS (I took a quick profit on both btw) ... and AERS. AMWI, and the list goes on. I find the OTC is corrupt and get pumped up and then drop like a rock and NEVER come back, don't get stuck holding those.
Just my 2c's. hope this helps, happy trading!
Petro One energy (POP) is at a nice buy right now (again)
