Del is in a crisis situation and needs money....... that's all.

he gets away with screwing the shareholders. every week there is another reason why we can't get any positive news to help the SP. Del should have known and knows now we have to wait for better weather, but they don't tell us. How long has it been now?

Dilution was necessary? yes, if u do PP's at the lowest possible price. With smart management the dilution could have been half!
