Gadflies, I to believe the shareholders are not in the equation.

How much leverage for the shareholders do you think those patents have when they can be purchased

for next to nothing in 6-7 months time?

If you where interested in producing canola protein what would you do?

  • Enter into a JV with Bxi and everything that come whit it (the investor, the shareholder,  the inadequate equipment, ......etc)
  •   Purchase the patents outright and hire the technical people involved in developing the process.

I hope I’m wrong.

What worries me is announcement Friday after closing and Conference Call on Monday

before opening.

Can it be possible for BXI to be bought end delisted without consulting the shareholder?
