Claritas Pharmaceuticals Inc V.CLAS.H

Alternate Symbol(s):  CLAZF

Claritas Pharmaceuticals, Inc., formerly Kalytera Therapeutics Inc, is a biotechnology company that is focused on developing R-107 for the treatment of vaccine-resistant coronavirus disease (COVID) strains. The Company’s products in development include R-107 for coronavirus disease and Viral Infections, R-107 and Vaccines, and CLA-1816 for treatment of pain. R-107 is designed to defeat COVID viruses on contact. R-107 targets the Achilles heel of COVID, the spike protein on the surface of the virus. R-107 releases nitric oxide, which attaches to a specific amino acid on the spike protein, thereby disabling the spike protein. The CLA-1816 provides effective pain reduction, without the risks of addiction or respiratory suppression that exist with opioid analgesics. CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

RE: the market will let us no tuesday

RE: the market will let us no tuesday

Said it before but worth repeating. Sprott and the rest of the Gang bought in much higher than 7 cents with NO OIL. Now there apears to be oil, albeit vague and hard to nail down how much oil. I believe there is a downhole issue with the cement job that would be easy to solve in Alberta or Sask. The right contractors are available. This end of the world perhaps not an easy fix but if Brownstone or QEI have any nutz at all they will resolve this over time. And the cash flow should buy time but they really need to move forward with new wells (producers) AND maximize what they have in hand.

Will the price go up??? It should. This news was not OMG but it wasn't horrible. What concerns me is the sell down the last 2 weeks. You have to know Sprott heard this news 2 to 3 weeks ago...and although he didn't sell with both hands,,,,He didn't buy either. I'll hold my shares but I don't see a panic run-up. If it rises over 9 cents I'd be impressed.
