And by "first" I read a completely untapped "segment" of a market (a heck of a big one) merely occupied by prior Medical-Off-the-shelf (MOTS), clunkier products, delivered/loaned by Medical establishments alone. If the MOTS solution was that viable or so effective no one would be pursuing home care venues like the EKG and others are doing in other areas.
There is no competition in this new segment yet. I also can see the added potential of even replacing some of the MOTS components.
Finally, owning the code is tantamount to licensing deals across the globe, especially where the gain to operate in some contries is not worthwhile considering language, political climate, markedly different ways of conducting business, et al.
