Why do you say that? To me, it's trading exactly as if the BFS is imminent. Longs are patiently waiting, having already allocated the amount of capital they think is best to this project, and traders are trying to unload, since they don't know/care about the companies fundamentals, and the BFS is just a wildcard to them, and they would rather not deal with that unknown risk. To longs, it's not an unknown risk, we're just waiting for confirmation of what we already know. To me, it's all just a formality, albeit a really important one. I expect quiet, with occassional large swings, until the BFS is released.
