Oooooh management

Oooooh management

" Built on a foundation of experienced management, Canaco is well positioned to build shareholder value through discovery and resource development."  Canaco Fact Sheet March 2012

Facts:

share price near a 20 month low
shareholder value down approx 45% in the last month
press releases are as rare as white rhino sightings
cash burn rate approx $1,000,000 per WEEK
Prez total compensation Y/E June 2011 - $4,159,616.
Prez severance package $720,000.
Prez and management positions are PART-TIME as we share these services with TIG

Conclusion:

I think it is time to revalue the stock option plan to insiders after all we cannot expect a " foundation of experienced management"  to do their part time jobs without adaquate incentive and compensation.

Could someone please post an optimistic share price target to remind me why I am in this mess in the first place.

J
