I don't have Level 2 but was someone feeding the low bid ($1.20 & $1.21) with small lots of around 100 shares and then at the last second someone scooped about 100,000 shares (everything at $1.21 and $1.22? I just want to get an understanding of this small lot regular feeding that goes on often. In this case it seemed that someone wanted to create a little panic, get the shares for sale lined up at a lower level and then...well, scoop 'em. Common strategy?
