One last thing.  Here's the first part of Grandich's note on OLE this week:  "Keeping  in mind my biases and potential conflicts of interests (I owned over a million shares and bought another 500k this morning at .80)..."

 

He is openly admitting he has a conflict of interest as a client of OLE's.  Do you really think he doesn't know the deal is about to be announced?  He just invested another $400k in OLE.

 

Anyone selling is going to feel really stupid very, very soon.  Smart money in the know like Grandich is figuring that out.  The mob just hasn't heard yet, or doesn't believe.  That's okay.  The stock will trade at fair value of the offer minus a slight discount once the announcement is made.
