I'm not privy to any informations other than what's available publicly.

After some dd i come to the conclusion that they are having problems selling the deal.

Like you, I'm just waiting for the outcome of the financing.

I'm not bashing. I'm long this stock because I like the prospect of their other properties.

JMO of course.
