The Company holds interests in lithium and copper exploration projects located in the State of Nevada, United States of America. Nevada Sunrise owns 100% interests in the Gemini, Jackson Wash and Badlands lithium projects, all of which are located in the Lida Valley in Esmeralda County, Nevada and the Pelican lithium project in Saskatchewan, Canada. The Gemini Lithium Project (Gemini) consists of 353 unpatented lode and placer claims totaling 7,060 acres and located in the Lida Valley approximately 10 kilometers east of the town of Lida, Nevada. The Company's Jackson Wash Lithium Project consists of over 49 unpatented placer claims totaling approximately 397 hectares and is located in the Lida Valley on the east side of the Montezuma Range. It has the right to earn a 100% interest in the Coronado Copper Project, located approximately 48 kilometers southeast of Winnemucca, Nevada.

Looks like they are trying to make this overly Ugly. PP after PP what is that now aprox 30 mil at .12 cents ? Big Offer at .185 is it bogus. Looks like we might see action soon. May be the last pullback. JMHO. Looks like Haywood's Buckland still buying & M*****s from Canaccord and T.D. and BMO. Hah, Hah.
