Net Present Value
Net Present Value If OK is projecting a Net Present Value of $922 million with silver at $38/oz and $1,600/oz gold, 45% of that would belong to OK - say 0.45 x $922 = ~$415 million. Divide that by 142 million fully diluted outstanding OK shares, and that gives a value of $2.92 per share.
Sure looks to me like OK is about fairly valued at the present market price, seeing as how silver is at just over $32/oz today.
Some here are suggesting PAAS would pay up to $5 a share. What am I missing here?
