I see this arbitration could be a legal settlement involved lawyers from both sides. It’s quite transparent that t ILJIN has a motive to take over the company cheap. Wouldn’t ILJIN be the party holding down the share price abound 12-13 cents all these times as we know they have tons of shares in hand to play around? What would be their last resort? By hostile-take-over? I wouldn't mind if they can sweeten the pot by offering me a buck a share and I will be gone for good....all wishful thinking!
No doubt ILJIN can foresee the potential of Voclosporin in the future and, therefore, they have to act now before a major expressing their interest of controlling the company.
On the other hand, a positive result of Uveitis pivotal trial should escalate the share price....the bottom line is getting the drug to the market for any kind of indication even it is a small market for the drug
