I must admit I got blindsided by this NR. I do not think this was in the best interests of SH's but obviously the company & the board wants a hedge.

 

Not impressed but as a SH there is no recourse other than to sell & move on. I'll watch the markets over the next few weeks & decide whether it's worth while stinking around.
