This little bit of information almost floated past....apparently First Uranium settled something called the Selby Lease for Rand 2.67M which translates into roughly Cdn $345,000. I never even heard of anything called the Selby Lease, how many more of these 'settlements' are going to occur leading up to the May shareholder meeting. No doubt the credit facility will be needed soon if more settlements occur, which will result in First Uranium actually achieving that 'distressed' position we have heard so much about but failed to actually see as of yet.
