The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

April Catalysts:

There are some fairly significant news events where the planets look to line up in April. How the market responds is always an unknown but within the next 40 days, the following can be expected:

PEA Wellgreen indicated to host a mid-April time frame.

PPA Chandgana indicated to host a "by May" time frame.

EPC Contractor indicated to host a "by May" time frame.

The EPC Contractor news may also host a significant equity investment into the power plant project. At the very least, we will know who that eventual partner is when the winning bid is announced.

Financing is indicated to host a "September" time frame.
