RE: RE: From the federal budget Althought some shareholders may not like the idea of the company splitting into North American and mongolian operations, i think it is a good thing. From speaking to specific individuals, shareholders will see an equal amount of shares for both companies...in otherwords you currently have 10 shares with ERD.....you will be given the same amount of shares for the Mongolian Operations and keep the same amount for the North American Operations. There will be the possibility of some dilution. Yes it will affect the share price initially, but I believe in the long term will bounce back.
Having shares traded on the Honk Kong market will bring more investors and buyers to the table as it pertains to the assests we have in Mongolia. IMHO, the share price of the Mongolian holdings will do much better in the short run compared to Dinkin right now. The market as we all know is unpredictable and anything could happen.
I think splitting the company into two is a very good idea for investors.
Anyone else have similar or diff. thoughts?
