What happened in Alaska?

As JL said, the issue in Alaska was politics. There is a tax of ~ 80-90% on new production and companies have steered new investments elsewhere.

Why haven't we heard from Harvest?

We eventually did hear. WEE's 2nd largest client is in Canada and almost as large as their first big client.
