If you read the last quarterly , you would know that ndx had shipped 12,800 tons of coal mainly in the month of DEC, and has stock piled coal that was waiting tobe washed.Plus rosa went into full commercial production with two augers, and is expecting 10K tons per month . So with at least 12k tons that could be shippped per month at $166 per ton thats roughly 2mil per month or more. So I think NDX has finely turned a corner or is almost there IMHO

and I think you are wrong about that money coming due today because the first quarter is over not the fourth; however I am not sure of the details of the agreement with SND.
