RE: RE: RE: RE: What is concerning

Vinny you are correct that I am no patent lawyer however that does not mean we can't post information and discuss things like who has patents, priority dates taken from earliest applications noted in the patents etc. There are patent lawyers working on this, it is a very valid topic which makes your your statement " so, to sit here and discuss which patent infringes on which is rather pointless. " 100% incorrect. There is a point to discussing patents here on the Poynt discussion board as Poynt owns key patents is heavy into further patent development and as noted above has patent enforcement underway.

Next this " I am quite certain that Pyn would be riding the story you have presented if there was some validity to it. "   This is getting pretty confusing to me, in your previous statement you admitted you know nothing about patents, then next you say your certain there isn't even some validity. So are you a patent expert or not?

Poynt's IP portfolio and it's enforcement are mentioned in every analyst report, company presentation and most advertisements so it's been no quiet secret what could be announced. We won't hear a thing out of Gladios IP until they reach a license agreement or file suit. Gladios IP does not get one penny until revenues are generated and they are not in the NR business, they are in the IP licensing business. NR's are not their first concern but are a byproduct of their work when they generate results, or progress towards results.
