RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: What is concerning

Vinny you have shifted the topic some, originally I was stating that it is okay for us to discuss patents here. Now your complaining that you are not in the loop on sensitive legal matters. I understand your complaint but feel it is unfounded.

Confusion !! I can only respond to what you post Vinny and you are the one who comes across as confused, you again posted conflicting statements. Vinny posted " Of course Gladio will be responsible for the NR. That's what our severely lacking IR/PR dept is for " So which is it ? I can tell you, we will hear from both when Gladios has filed suit or secured a license but Gladios is in charge of what is released in these matters.

Vinny posted " Yahoo has no problem divulging this info."

I believe when you are referring to Yahoo you are speaking about the suit that has been filed publicly ? More confusion? Do you not understand that an actual suit has been filed and this is public record ? We too will hear of such matters with Poynt's IP when reached. The goal for Gladios is to reach agreements, notices are given and there are timelines for responses, if the response is positive or negative there is either a negotiation of terms or if terms are not reached and Gladios is serious enough after not getting anywhere a law suit is filed. Gladios could just jump right in with a patent suit but Gladios is interested in securing licenses first and foremost and will only use suits for traction if no progress is made through notices and negotiations.

Poynt has already let everybody know what they are trying to do and has been communicating this constantly in presentations, NR's and ads along with analysts and WiLAN adding to the discussion.

This all takes time, Gladios is doing this and doesn't care about your interest in knowing, their only driver is to generate revenues from Poynt's IP assets, there is no benefit to them and it could jeopardize proceedings to speak about these maters prematurely.
