RE: professorchaos Nick Smith said that ICM's investment (which hasnt officially gone through yet because DD is required with the FS release) is equivalent to 55cents a share and that they are in it to make money. Meaning just because they invest only at an equivalent of 55cents per share doesnt mean that is the valuation after the mine starts producing. Its a discounted investment that was required to get woulfe the guarenteed sales and financing required.
NOTE ON THE CONFERENCES MID APRIL CANCELLATIONS:
-No insiders have sold
-IMC gave $5 million up front while waiting for the completion of the DD
-Brian and Amellia Wesson (ceo and director) had bought over 2.5 million dollars @
.12/share from warrants just in December 2011 (21million shares total)
-Korea Zinc back in January was happy to buy 1million shares at Brian at 35cents when woulfe's market price was around 20 cents
-The feasibility is due pretty much that week
WHAT I SEE:
NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!
Correct me if im wrong but these mining conferences about finding financial backing from both institutional investors and the everyday joe? With that in mind we already have IMC's backing woulfe and TV adds are farther reaching to the every day Joe then the conferences. And to think that woulfe isnt on the radar of lots of institutions would be naive.
Another note Woulfe stock price has moved up as a micro cap company where others have stagnated or moved down in the recent market (showing strength)
