RE: NR - Gold One Definitive Agreement Signed

RE: NR - Gold One Definitive Agreement Signed

No problem Colt, to be expected. Both deals are in the prelimiinary negotiating stage. Neither Anglo Gold Ashanti nor Gold One have any reason to increase their bids at the present time. I am sure they are both aware of the NPV of each asset (RBC Dec. 19/11 MWS $443.3M and Ezulwini $276.4M = $719.7M). Let alone the multiples involved due to earning power and value to their operations.

The only threat to the bidders are the results of the respective votes. No reason for them to ante up more until the ballots are cast. I'm sure they have their fingers and thumbs crossed.
