That is a very good point.

SKO gets 30-40 % of previously producing wells but 100 % of the new production which it brings onstream.

In other words, new production will add about 2.3 times the revenue as previously producing wells.

This is why the new $20 million LOC is so important...............it will be spent on ramping up new productioin.
