Respectfully, way to much risk verses return at this point, as I have already mentioned that those other mines in my scenario, are all National Instrument 43-101 " proven resources " This one you keep mentioning, most certainly is not and could ? very well be a simple tract of property without any mineralization worth mining or imho, it would of been swallowed up, long ago ... in the mining process .

History has shown that because a tract of land nearby a producing mine or alongside a projected future direction, well .... it can very well be, just simply that .... a simple tract of land ..... unless your friends can produce an National Instrument 43-101 " proven resource " at hand .

Now if you can convince the mine your mentioning ? to do that, ( we wouldn't want to have another Bre - X scandal  ) as that is why specifically,  the National Instrument 43-101 compliancy was established and introduced to the stock markets, then you'd have " many eyes " on it .... as that is considered the documented " proof "  for investors .

Until such a time as an NI 43-101 can be produced, by your friends, then without ?  " proof "  this mine you mention could ? simply be a piece of land nearby, without any provable value . This happens all the time in mining, but a National Instrument 43-101 seperates the wheat - from the chaffe or another way put, the truth from the fiction.

If they truly have something of value ? then don't you think ? they should .... Get ' R ' Done .
