The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. No, I dont really think the warrants are creating much downward pressure on the SP.......I would actually say that having these warrants now tradable is helping the stock from seeing more downside pressure.

 

These warrants are from the last PP at .65 that just became free trading.....so now any PPers who wanted to take some profits have another option instead of just selling shares into the market and creating pressure on the stock, they can now just sell their warrants in the market if they so choose, and keep their stock......the profit is actually about the same amount, whether they sell their stock for .25 to .30 gain or sell their warrants for .25 to .30

 

I think the listing of the warrants was a brilliant move....and I believe it is a win/win situation for everyone.
