champagnecharli... then what do you think of the fact that CS supported and put his name on all the BS of the past - as both a Sr. Manager and a Board member...and in the recent past, the Method of Operation of management has not changed ..starting in last August, through the fall and through the winter - his comments were way out of line with the 'reality of the situation' - from the drastic change in material operational process (surprise, surprise) ... to the schedule of the plant start up weeks /months late (surprise, surprise), to missing oct/nov milestone (surprise, surprise)...to reducting shift work to 2 days just after he said that full 24/7 operations is an on-going schedule (surprize / surprize)  ...

 

So, please give us some 'actual facts' to back up your 'most positive sentiments of the guy'... words are cheap and we have all heard thne before - please share your facts...

 

 'the tiger cannot and does not change his stripes... his tone of voice to me sounded more 'desperate' than 'confident'...  this is not a negative point of view - just a point of view... just being honest here...

 

please share the facts of what he has done to deserve your most submissive and supportive words...
