champagnecharli... then what do you think of the fact that CS supported and put his name on all the BS of the past - as both a Sr. Manager and a Board member...and in the recent past, the Method of Operation of management has not changed ..starting in last August, through the fall and through the winter - his comments were way out of line with the 'reality of the situation' - from the drastic change in material operational process (surprise, surprise) ... to the schedule of the plant start up weeks /months late (surprise, surprise), to missing oct/nov milestone (surprise, surprise)...to reducting shift work to 2 days just after he said that full 24/7 operations is an on-going schedule (surprize / surprize)  ...

 

 

So, please give us some 'actual facts' to back up your 'most positive sentiments of the guy'... words are cheap and we have all heard thne before - please share your facts... i would really like to know them - you may just change my mind...

 

 

 'the tiger cannot and does not change his stripes... his tone of voice to me sounded more 'desperate' than 'confident' and 'pleading' for his job...  this is not a negative point of view - just a point of view... just being honest here...
