They got $25 mil for the difference between 36,000 ounces @ market less the $700-$900 strike price per ounce.

Thats why it is in fact around 11% interest.  Also they have the option to back out of the contract at any time.

The deal was done at market not 50% below market (LOL) as some idiots would have you believe.

Thats also why it is immaterial to their earnings, because there is nothing strange or abnormal about the forward agreement.

Bashers are simply trying to make something out of nothing as they sold at the bottom and are caught.
