Inmet is moving things forward and now that they have the new mining law allowing foreign governments to invest in mining it should make financing the final 40% of the project a little easier.  

What you have to understand about Panama is that 18 months prior to elections the country is in full campaign mode - this will be a period where the attacks against the government will be relentless and by this time clear lines are drawn in the sand.  

The guys who bought the cheap shares back when the share price was .25  will be looking to dump before this time as they know they have no chance to win the election and they know the new government once elected will make it their priority to hammer the little group who currently runs things here in Panama.  

So .35 a share may not be far off and the way we keep dropping it may be a reality sooner than later...
