RE: RE: RE: Cash on hand An insider (presumably the CEO who, along with his wife/partner/whatever, hold ~20 million shares) sold off 130k~ on Friday and 120k~ yesterday. It's hard to tell the reason as the ceo was buying in the 1.55 range, and now selling at 1.37?
Even though it's trading at 1/2 of net asset value per share (historically this is as low as the shareprice tends to go versus the net asset value) the ceo deciding to dump a few million shares tends to knock down the price. And the generally attitude of the market is downward and this thing has a tendency to amplify broader market movement.
If sheldon keeps selling it might be interesting to keep an eye on what he buys into. Fall 2010-Spring 2011 he bought like 15 million worth of shares around a 3$ avg so selling into the low 1$ range is a bit strange.
