Low Offer

Low Offer

It seems to me that this offer is way too low based on the assets Silvermex has in the ground.  One would think that with the number of gold and silver ounces already established and the exploration potential, management would hold out until the stock rebounds with the price of silver.  Currently  precious metals and stocks have been hammered down and it makes no sense to accept a friendly offer when everything is in the dumps, especially when Silvermex is now a producer.  I would expect more from a management team that is touted to be very competant and experienced.  I just don't see this as being in the best interests of the shareholders.
