RE: Check out Alexis Minerals

RE: Check out Alexis Minerals

Chantal, will turn this loser around, its a nickel, expect 10 times less than a year

.

Oh so are you saying AMC is going to one-half of one cent?  Ten times less than?

.

Problem with AMC is that Lac Herbin is a tinker toy joke.  They will try high grading the mine once again, but with inexperienced miners, rising costs for labor and fuel, profitability will be challenged.  Who cares if it breaks even or even turns $100/oz profits?  That isn't enough cash to pay the Forbes & Manhattan fees and the rest of the corporate G&A.  So where does the cash come from?

.

Then remember, AMC still needs to finance the Snow Lake project - and gee, who is going to loan this outfit, with their track record, any money with out serious guarantees: read Hedges.  So while it is possible POG soars to 2000/oz, AMC will have sold forward a large amount of its production to backstop the loan.  Wonder if Bharti & Company can do a great deal like they did with AVR?  Sold 36,000 ounces forward at an average price of $833!  Yeah, That's the ticket!
