RE: RE: FIU message boards

Hi Stude,

Any other FIU message boards you know of where we can rally support for Colt's list?

It is important that we be clear that the goal of Colt's list is to gather support to add our retail shares to the Sprott groups in an effort to oppose the Anglo deal.

This is an achievable goal. Once it is achieved, Sprott and company along with the retail shareholders will decide on the next course of action (whether that be an EGM, a change of BOD, etc.) depending on what the situation is when the Anglo deal is defeated.

I feel that if the stated purpose of our effort were to gather support for an EGM (as Dkolish suggests), it would be premature and likely to fail because Sprott has not come out publically for such an initiative. I don't think we would get support from too many shareholders because most would recognise that this is not an achievable objective.

The best way to rally support is to present people with a plan that has a likelihood of success. This, they will rally behind.
