downhole geophysics

downhole geophysics

The stated goal has been to drill off a million ounces for open pit production. Now that we have some deeper holes it would appear that there might be a high grade layer of gold that could possibly underlie much of the proven discovery from surface to 150 meters deep? Would there have been enough deep holes drilled  in the last two months  to allow the use of downhole geophysics to out line another million ounce deposit between 150 and 300 meters? Would geophysics help determine slope and a possible source for the mineralization at depth. May just be proving up twice as much gold faster than expected! Hope this experiment works!

Cheers,

JR.
